All items here are pre order basis. There are no samples to view unless stated otherwise. but there are measurements provided to make sure you have the right fit. We dont appreciate buyers who reserve and order from us yet never calls back, reply to our messages nor attempt to get the items they ordered. Therefore, we only want SERIOUS BUYERS on this site.

Due to the fact our items are pre ordered, it is crucial that there shouldnt be any cancellations of orders after confirmation.

Payment terms:

GCASH (preferred)
Western Union or Xoom ( International Buyers)
Cash on delivery

We prefer gcash as much as possible. But we can still agree on COD or cash on delivery if situation permits. But we are imposing a 50% deposit on all our wholesale or bulk orders! We are also requiring buyers who purchases 1-2 items to deposit any amount as security from Bogus Buyers. Items are not confirmed sold to u until such deposits are received.

Delivery:

Shipping (air21 or 2GO) PHP 100 and up depending on weight.
Pick UP (AYALA mall Cebu and Centrum Ormoc)

Buyers shoulder all shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon. All Cebu and Leyte clients can pick up their items in AYALA mall or Centrum Ormoc on a predetermined date and time.

Summary of OUR FAQS

1. For Pre-Order basis, you should deposit the payment first before we get the stock for you. We are on a per batch schedule.

2. Payment Mode is either through G-CASH or Cash on Delivery. . For International Orders, we accept Western Union. We require a deposit of any amount for one or two item ordered as security. We require 50% deposit for our bulk orders or wholesale as well before we can process your orders.

3. We only accept Returns/Exchanges if the items are damaged. We acknowledge this if you have evidence that the item is in bad condition by sending us a picture through email in 2 days. If 2 days have passed, we cannot accept the item because we all Quality Control our products and make sure that the items are in excellent condition.

4. Shipping and Handling fees depend on the weight and the courier you choose. It can be LBC, Fastpak, 2GO or Air21. Buyers shoulder all shipping cost unless otherwise agreed upon.
